The Venue of Creativity Centre (V.O.C) is located on the ground floor of the Miranbeena complex in Burnie.
Through the V.O.C Centre, as an individual with disabilities you have the opportunity to access trained and experienced staff to support you through
different adventures that will enhance and develop your learning opportunities by experiencing new aspects of daily living.
The V.O.C Centre offers a multitude of programs and activities that are conducted in the centre and the local community. We can offer assistance to
learn the art of mosaics, craft techniques, shopping opportunities and cooking (just to name a few).
We also offer access to a Leatherwork Tutor which is held at the local Polytechnic campus, working with peers and staff to create belts, bracelets, handbags and various other items.
The V.O.C Centre also offers you the opportunity to demonstrate your talents and show your work to the community through exhibitions held in different venues throughout the
local community.
The V.O.C Centre strives to involve you in all aspects of choice making for daily living activities and programs you undertake.
