Multicap Tasmania actively seeks your input and encourages positive feedback, or suggestions for improvement, that you might provide about our services or the people who support you, as a source of ideas for improving our services and activities.

Multicap Tasmania is committed to providing high quality services to those in need, but sometimes we get it wrong. You can let us know where we have made a mistake by making a complaint.

You may speak to someone you feel comfortable with or submit a completed Complaints or Feedback (compliments and suggestions) form at one of our offices located in Burnie, Devonport or Launceston.
