We are currently rolling out a new Client Management System – MYP across our services, with Launceston fully completed, Devonport currently being implemented and Burnie still to come.
The changeover of systems does add some complexity to our services as we straddle two different IT systems, so we hope there are limited issues to resolve. Once we are fully implemented we intend to provide access to the client related functions to clients and family members as appropriate.
