One of our strategic goals is to increase the quality of our properties and we continue to develop new opportunities through use of our own resources to build or buy properties, as well as developing strategic partnerships with other organisation to provide additional housing options that better meet needs of our clients. We are very pleased to advise that we recently have been able to secure 5 new two bedroom properties for accommodation services in Somerset and Latrobe through a partnership, and we are working with a development partner for new fully accessible accommodation offerings.
We are also pleased to advise we are now in a position to seek Expressions of Interest from NDIS participants seeking a range of accommodation options. Our offerings will include purpose built housing for those requiring housing suited for participants living with reduced mobility including wheelchairs, with 1, 2 and 4 bedroom options being proposed in a suite of designs currently being developed.

In December 2020 we purchased a property at 10 Fenton Street in Devonport, which is currently being used as our new Devonport Community Hub. The building has tremendous capacity for development and a significant upgrade program will be commencing there in the near future.
