Chief Executive Officer
Nigel commenced in the role of CEO at Multicap Tasmania in 2016, and has overall responsibility for implementing the strategic plan and ensuring Multicap Tasmania remains viable and effective in the NDIS. He brings a strong a background in transforming organisations, strategic planning and operational management.
Executive Manager Business and Finance
As Executive Manager Business and Finance, Natascha is responsible for the effective management and oversight of key financial systems and processes, including the provision of high level financial reporting and management to the Board and Management Team of the organisation. She oversees all accounts (receivable and payable), payroll functions, and corporate service functions. In addition, Natascha oversees Support Coordination services provided by Multicap Tasmania.
Burnie Regional Manager
Diarne commenced at Multicap Tasmania in 2005. Prior to a regional restructure, Diarne lead Multicap Tasmania's supported accommodation services, where we provide support services at properties in Wynyard, Burnie, Devonport, and Launceston.
Diarne now oversees all services in the Burnie region.
Devonport Regional Manager
Melissa commenced at Multicap Tasmania in 2018. Transitioning through various positions to her current role as Regional Manager for Devonport, Melissa was previously the Lifestyle, Leisure and Learning Manager. This role oversaw service development and improvement across Multicap Tasmania’s Community Hubs (Day Services), located in Launceston, Devonport, Burnie and Wynyard.
Following a restructure in 2019, Melissa now oversees all services in the Devonport region.
Launceston Regional Coordinator
Melinda oversees the services in the Launceston region while also fulfilling Client Service Coordinator and Team Leader duties at our Launceston hub on Tamar Street.
Client Services Coordinators
Our Client Service Coordinators work with both new and existing clients and their support networks to ensure that we are meeting your support requirements, delivering and reviewing quality of service and development of Person Centred Plans. Working collaboratively with the Regional Managers, the Client Services Coordinators and Regional Coordinator ensure appropriate service delivery planning and monitoring is in place for each Multicap Tasmania client.

Workforce Support Manager
Tracey commenced at Multicap Tasmania in 2012, and has recently transitioned to Workforce Support Manager following her position as Community Supports Manager overseeing Multicap Tasmania's Home Support Services, Lead Tenant and Out of Home care (Child Safety) Services.
In her role as Workforce Support Manager, Tracey oversees workforce planning, training and development, and coordination of staff mentoring and induction. She also maintains organisational oversight of our client management system.
