CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Nigel commenced in the role of CEO at Multicap in 2016, and has overall responsibility for implementing the strategic plan and ensuring Multicap remains viable and effective in the NDIS. He brings a strong a background in transforming organisations, strategic planning and operational management.
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Sam commenced work for Multicap in 2017, and in addition to her financial management role she oversees our corporate support team which includes rostering, information
LIFESTYLE, LEISURE AND LEARNING MANAGER
Melissa commenced at Multicap in 2018 and her role has responsibility for service development and improvement across Multicap’s Community Hubs (Day Services), located in Launceston, Devonport, Burnie and Wynyard. The role also oversees School Holiday Programs.
CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER
Tracey commenced at Multicap in 2012, and has been Client Services Manager since 2018. Her role oversees the intake of all NDIS clients, including implementation of new
RESIDENTIAL SERVICES MANAGER
Diarne commenced at Multicap in 2005, and has been in her current role since 2018. She has responsibility for leading our supported accommodation services, where we provide support services at properties in Wynyard, Burnie, Devonport, and Launceston.
PEOPLE AND CULTURE MANAGER
Kaylene commenced at Multicap in 2015 and has been in her current role since 2018. Her responsibilities include staff recruitment, workforce planning, training and development, and co-ordination of human resource processes including staff appraisals, mentoring and induction.
