The Reception Coordinator will have a strong passion for engaging with customers and provide quality administrative services across our Burnie and Devonport offices. The role acts as a crucial first point of contact for Multicap Tasmania for all visitors/customers to the organisation and will coordinate and provide reception support and respond to all incoming calls/ enquiries in a caring, welcoming, professional, and helpful manner.

The position will work under direction from the Executive Officer and will undertake a range of functions to support organisational goals and service delivery.

The successful applicant will need to be experienced in customer service, with excellent communication skills and high attention to detail and accuracy who wishes to work in a dynamic, purposeful, and people focused organisation.

About the role

We are seeking applications from experienced Customer Services Superstars! In this customer focused role, you will provide a seamless and enjoyable experience to our internal/external customers and provide a high level of administrative assistance.

This dynamic, varied, newly established role will report to the Executive Officer and is critical to provide first point resolution and customer service across our organisation.

About you

· Proven track record and experience in a similar role

· Solid stakeholder management and communication skills

· Ability to learn new systems, multitask and manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines

· Excellent IT skills with experience using Microsoft office including Outlook, Excel and Word.

· Strong commitment to quality, accuracy and attention to detail
