Nigel Hill
Chief Executive Officer
Nigel commenced in the role of CEO at Multicap Tasmania in 2016, and has overall responsibility for implementing the strategic plan and ensuring Multicap Tasmania remains viable and effective in the NDIS.
He brings a strong a background in transforming organisations, strategic planning and operational management.
Shirralea Holman
Chief Financial Officer
Manages Finance, ICT, Risk and Property functions, ensuring financial sustainability while supporting our strategic transformation and contemporary practice development.
Nick Adams
Executive Manager – People and Culture
Leads human resources, training, and workplace health and safety functions that support our service delivery and cultural transformation toward contemporary disability practice.
Samantha Sullivan
Executive Manager – Operations
Coordinates service delivery quality and leads Service Managers, Team Leaders, and Support Workers.
Focuses on implementing contemporary disability practice through coaching, mentoring, and developing our workforce to deliver rights-based supports
Anthony Ozols
Executive Manager – Quality, Risk and Audit
Oversees quality frameworks, risk management, and audit functions ensuring compliance with human rights standards and NDIS requirements.
Drives continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation while maintaining robust governance frameworks.
