Renovations bring exciting new programs and supports to Devonport

We are thrilled to announce that our Devonport Community Access Hub is undergoing a significant renovation, set to be completed by the end of this year! These exciting changes are designed to bring a multitude of new programs and opportunities for people with disabilities right here in the heart of Devonport.

New Programs and Supports for Devonport

Our renovated hub will feature ample office spaces, allowing our dedicated staff to be onsite and readily available to support our clients. We’re also introducing a brand new training and meeting room, which will be instrumental in providing our staff with the skills and knowledge necessary to offer the best possible support.

Engaging and Interactive Programs and Spaces

One of the highlights of our new hub is the inclusion of a sensory space, perfect for relaxation and sensory development. For those who love a bit of friendly competition, we’re adding a lounge area complete with an 8-ball table, foosball, and table tennis. Our computer and technology room will be a tech-lover’s dream, offering the latest in digital resources and connectivity.

Creative and Culinary Adventures

Art enthusiasts will be delighted with our new arts and craft center, designed to inspire creativity and self-expression. Additionally, our state-of-the-art cooking and culinary kitchen, complete with a fully stocked pantry and cutting-edge cooking instruments, will be perfect for budding chefs and food enthusiasts to explore new culinary horizons.

Hands-On Learning and Fun

Our new woodwork and leatherwork space will provide clients with the tools and environment to engage in exciting hands-on projects. These workshops will be a fantastic way to learn new skills, create beautiful items, and have a lot of fun in the process.
